1. Easy Returns & Exchanges (5 Days)

We offer a 5-day easy return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligible Conditions:

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • All original tags must be intact

  • Product must be returned in original packaging

  • Items should be free from stains, odours, or damage

Returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at support@e188.com within 5 days of delivery

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return/exchange, and images if requested

  3. Our support team will guide you through the next steps


3. Exchange Policy

  • Size or product exchanges are allowed once per order

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered


4. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or incorrect


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products with removed or damaged tags

  • Items showing signs of use or wash

  • Clearance or sale items (if marked as non-returnable)


6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images. We’ll resolve it quickly—no questions asked.


7. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

  • Non-metro areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions.
